Wrong address policy
If you have given a wrong address during the ordering process and your order was shipped out before you could inform us, we will have to wait until your order gets back to us so we can reship again (New Shipping Fees Applied) and this may cause delays in delivery and sometimes a Packet Loss which is out of our control in that case. Please review your shipping address carefully! Once your order is shipped, your address cannot be changed by you, the postal services or by our customer service department. If your order has not been shipped yet and the status being in Processing or Awaiting Shipment, then please reply to this email immediately and tell us what is the right address, we will correct it as soon as possible. We Usually confirm about the new changes.

Depending on the shipping that has been chosen, there may or may not be tracking available once your packaged leaves Canada. However, it is possible to track your package directly with us through emails by providing us your invoice/order number. We cannot be held responsible for any missing packages. If there is an issue It is the responsibilty of the customer to provide the customer care team with solid, specific information from your countries postal service regarding an order for a refund to be issued. Please keep in mind that international orders may take a bit longer to be received by the customer as we have no control over customs.
